unable to delete data from DSO

Hi Friends,

I was trying to delete data from DSO through selective deletion in Background. i checked in SM37, the job has finished. when i see the data in DSO, it was not deleted. could you please help me in this.

Select the completed job in SM37 and check the log.

You will find the equivalent SQL statement of the selective deletion. Cross check whether the deletion selection is correct.

If this is correct and the selective deletion job is completed, unless you performed the simulate mode, your data would no more be available in the DSO.

Hi,

are you doing the selection deletion in dev or PRd

first test in the dev then try it in prd.

while deleting the records which selection are using? ex- 0calday or some record no's

before deleting the records using selective deletion first check the records then after deleting check the active data tables same records.

Hi,

Selective deletion will delete data from active table only.

After the selective deletion you need to check same records was exist or not in DSO Active table only.

Can you share selective deletion logs screen .
