BP CRM Service Plan (C3S) (Error: Item Category determination & missing assignment blocks)

Dear Experts,

I try to set up the BP CRM Service and work on Configuration Guide C3S (Service Plan).

When I try to create the Service Order Template as mentioned in the CG (Step 3.3) I get the following Error eventhough I did everything like mentioned before in the CGs:

What can I do to get rid of these Errors?


Trying to create a Service Plan like mentioned in step 3.4 I cannot find the assignment blocks "Service Plan Item Details" and "Interval Details".

They are also not available in the personalization area. Additionally I get the following Errors there:

How can I get rid of these Errors?

Hi,

1. Please check your item category determination procedures  configuration. For the transaction type which you have created you have to assign the item category group and the item category in the following path

Customer Relationship Management ® Transactions ® Basic Settings ® Item Category Determination

2. For the product which you are using in the item need to have the item category group assigned

Hi,

As per screen shot attached it seem that Item category and Status profile setup is missing for these transaction type.


Please perform customizing configuration for Status Profile and Item category.
