Form 16 portal error

Hi Experts

getting the following error in form 16 in quality portal stating screen output without connection to user

But in devlopment portal it is visible.

Attaching the screen shot.

Please suggest how to resolve the issue

I have already checked user mapping info type 105, it is there.

kindly check with the other user ids if this works with other user ids, kindly check any authorizations are missing for that particular user you are using

Hi Jwala,

Thanks for the reply, how to know that which authorization is missing.

when I see SU01 for that user I can see n number of role is assigned to him.

How can I compare the roles& authorization of development system with quality system.

Do I need to do it manuaaly or  is there any systematic way for this?

kindly ask ur basis team to keep authorisation trace  using ST01 and check ST22 errors when ever ur accesssing the form 16 application in portal ....and more over is this issue coming to all the employees ?

is this behavior same for all the user ids?

Hi Prashanti,

Have you activated the Service "HRESS_A_REP_IN_FORM16" from SICF transaction,

If so please test whether the service working from Backend (ECC System).

Thanks for reply HRESS_A_REP_IN_Form16 is activated.

the issue persist only in quality portal.

devlopment working fine.

What could be the possiblilty of the error?

check that service is activated in QAS server also once and try again and check 105 0001 subtype for that user is properly assigned in pa30
