Integration with C4C

Hi Guys,

My client is using salesforce which is integrated with Telmar, CDTI, JIRA, Data warehouse and some other systems as well.

Now, they want to move to C4C. Is it possible to integrate these systems with SAP C4C without a third party middleware ? (Maybe using custom APIs)
