Replicating Employees from ECC to C4C

We have our communications all set up that works fine. What we are having trouble with is finding the ID number to match it to the Employee number. I have looked at the Employee Master Data source and that number is not available.

A - is the ID, B is on the screen, you have the Employee Name, C - when you down load the excel template, you only have A, the 8xxxxxxx0 number. Where can we find this number in the system? It does not appear to be part of the employee record. We have thousands of employees to update. Near impossible to do it manually. If we can get the 8........0 number and the name or Employee ID from the system we can upload from Excel.

The mappings that are usually done are for part B (name of employee) to the external ID (part C) of the employee external ID as per ext. system.

You definitely have to use excel to mass load the data for ID mapping as per screen shot and usually you have to take care of this in excel sheets using V Look up functions. This will definitely save you the pain and the efforts.
