Its Possible to Create a Trigger in Device Db?

Hellow Experts,

I need to know when some data come to the device and its not be though manual syncronization.

So I would like to know how could I get the new data that just arrives to the Device Db?

Any Solution?

I would like to use something better than a timer and a findAll and check the Db from time to time.

Well maybe its not possible to create a trigger, but a callback handler can solve my problem.
