how do i prevent a user from changing the layout in ALV Grid Report.

hello all,

we are facing a problem in ALV Grid Report...

some users are changing the layout in Production(i.e they are hiding some fields),

this is causing problems to other users...

so how do i prevent so that no user changes the LAYOUT in the production...

i want to keep a standard layout...

how do i achieve this....
