arsrvc_upb_admn - problem after SP09 of UI is applied

Hi ,

I am facing issue in arsrvc_upb_admn  app which is used to create tiles and catalog after SP09 update.

I have applied all the correction required after SP09 update.

Does anybody knows how to solve this problem.

I have done the steps as mentioned in the blog , only one note is not implemented.
