Exception condition FAILURE raised

I have a PO in error status. The error is "Exception condition FAILURE raised".

Do you know how can I solve the issue?

Hi again Sarah,

I think this error is related more to MM than SRM but the following note may be of help if you are calling BAPI_PO_CHANGE:

1461418 - Exception condition "FAILURE" raised in BAPI_PO_CHANGE
