Hi Mahesh Kumar,
The Best Practice in mantaining Factory Calendar is to Transport the calendar from development to quality and to Production. However, it comes with it's own share of risks as it is a table transport.
To avoid those risks, it is suggested to block SCAL via SM01 for users and give access when the changes need to be moved. There is a process which needs to be set up which creates the necessary checks and balances involving the change.
Now, when you transport, you need to make sure that the changes you are moving are only the changes you did currently. Changes which have been done by someone else in the FC would remain with the object as FC object does not ask for transport when you are saving the changes.
So, in order to accomplish the above objective, you need to compare the Factory calendar , Holiday calendar tables. Compare the tables of Development & Production, download the tables to excel. Use some excel formulaes to match the entries of table in one worksheet with the entries in other worksheet. The conclusion of the comparison would be that only changes which you are doing currently are moving with the transport and no other changes are moving.
There are 3 important tables out of 13-14 which need to be compared: TFACS, TFACD & THOCI.

Generally creation of holidays and changes in Calendar will be done directly in the each system without transporting to avoid problem due to inconsistency in planning and sale activity (cross client setting). But still you can transport it from Dev->QLTY-> Prod by following menu path in tcode SCAL calendar->transport .

Hi Mahesh,
when from SCAL code trasport in other system you overwrite all calendar with the last version in the source envoirement (develop).
Ypu should make attention especially when delete some calendar because won't be present anynore in production system after trasport.
Let me know if i have been useful for you.

Hi,
No special transport process. The calender will be transported to Dev-> Quality -> Production.
But once a calender is not moving up to production, don't create another calender and move.
