Hello Mates

We are getting retro calculations for an employee. We just want to know what changes in master data made that retro and how to identify that

Do we need to check that in current period or from all periods for retros

    Hi,

While running payroll if it is running from past months means system is calculating retro run's due to change in the master data. if you check PU03 - payroll status you can find the dates in the field Earliest Master data change.

if you have activated Info type audit: s_ahr_61016380, you can see which infotype and which wage type and when it is changed / edited.

otherwise you can see in wage type reporter : pc00_m99_cwtr

in payroll log check for Retro accounting india, pcr IN41(std pcr) if you change to any custom check for that.

You should always use a effective subject for your discussion. It should be like as newspaper's headline.

Can you check following tables V_T582A,V_T591B and check info type 0003 and check control record.

You can check the retro calculation in current period with the help of DT table in payroll log.

    Regards

    Dear Kumsen,

I agreed with Praneeth Because whenever system has gone into retro calculation automatically those payroll periods will be come into payroll log tree like

    012014 XYZ Name

    022014 XYZ Name

and also you will get retro payroll payslip
