Effect of Change Pointer on IDOC Filter in Distribution Model

Hello Experts,

We have Change Pointer activated in System In T-code BD61, My Question is in T-code BD52 against a particular IDOC Message Type we define combination of several field which when changed generated IDOC. Does the IDOC gets generated when all the fields gets changed or if any of the field gets changed. Business wants to Restricts the flow of Material Master to Non SAP System based on Material Grp. We have a Distribution Model in place

where i had applied the filter on Material Grp.The IDOC are generated through some Z-Report & not through T-code BD10.
