Using RPTBPC10 to correct leave quota

Hi, I would like to know whether I should use program RPTBPC10 to adjust the scenario or some configuration missing from my side.

This is the scenario:

1) We are not using time evaluation.

2) Employee having absences quota (leave)  valid for the year

3) Employee applied July leave on May

4) Employee worked on a public holiday in June, and HR decided to compensate him 1 day leave, via another absences quota type

4a) This leave compensate valid for 3 months (Jun to Sep)

4b) HR inserted a new absences quota type of 1 day, valid from Jun to Sep

By right the quota created suppose to be use up immediately because this quota will be used up prior to employee annual leave, if I execute RPTBPC10 eveything works perfectly. However by inserting IT2006 with another leave type this is not updated automatically.

We cannot use IT0416 for this scenario because this kind of leave compensation requires other reporting and charging which is better to use another type of quota to keep track

    Yes chris, for your scenario RPTBPC10 will be the ideal option out

      Hi Anil,

      Thanks for confirming my thinking. I think I will either park this triggering to dynamic action or user exit for the public holiday compensation quota since this scenario is not common.
