Possibilty of Joint Venture funcationality downport without extending them

Is it possible to downport joint venture functionality in MDG for Data Model 0G without putting efforts for extention and codification as per below

Also is it possible to add Joint Venture Tab (User interface) for profit center creation also?

Not seen JV yet in MDG. You have to enhance the data model. But one point - check the entries. If its few then don't got for enhancement.

My question is something downport is possible in JVA  funcationality or something same in MDG-BP  like we have make some UIs Visible from Hidden so that we can use same funcationality (Like Partner Functions,Sub Ranges like that)
