BOM selection issue to job worker & production

Hi Experts,

We have two scenarios for making BOM. One is for job worker which we maintain through cs01 and other is for production which we maintain through c201.

In both cases BOM are different and should be different for same material code. But when I change the BOM in c202 then it get changed in cs02 also. How to avoid this. We want to keep different BOM for production and different for job work. Alternative BOM concept i know every well, so suggest me solution without alternative BOM logic.
