Inspection lot creation using IDOC

Is it possible to create Inspection lot (Similar to manual -QA01) using Standard IDOC type?

Use QPL1_INSPECTION_LOT_CREATE.

This is Function module. I am expecting Standard IDOC like QALITY02 which can create Inspection lot.
