Create model pop up does not appear while creating new segmentation model in Web UI

Hi,

We are facing strange issue for some users while creating new segmentation model in Web UI.

For CRM marketing role, when we try to create a new segmentation model in Web UI then the create new model pop up is not appearing for some users.

For other users it is appearing properly.

Is there any user level roles setting or some other setting done which can prevent this.

Experts, kindly reply.

Can you tell me from which screen you are trying to create? From search screen OR from 'create' logical link?

What is the response you are getting? I understood pop up is not appearing but what next? Is it simply in-active?

Hi Hari,

I am trying to create from both places - search screen as well as from the create logical link.

But I am facing issue from both these places.

I am going to the Segmentation model screen to create a new one.

But the pop up 'Create new model' which appears once this screen is opened does not appear.

Kindly let me know if there is any inputs on this from your side.

Hi Jaisish,

since this issue is for particular users, would suggest to compare authorizations between OK users and NOT OK users. I think there must some differences in PFCG role assignments.
