Hi experts,
we are facing an issue with query output. it is displaying # values for Billing document field instead of showing its actual value.
In Multiprovider the Value for billing document is fine. In query only am getting # values . checked in RSRT also.
ex: 8124005894 is actual value in Multiprovider for a material.
But in query output it is showing as P2XM508# .
THE VALUE P2XM508 is coming for all records in our Billing document field.
P2X is our production name.
so please give some inputs...
Thanks.
regards,
Ravi.
Hi All,
My issue is solved. because Blank Values...query is getting # values for Billing document field for some materials. Those materials for particular date don't have any Billing documents. So i kept a filter for Billing Number in query . Not equal to #.
Perhaps thanx a lot to all.....
regards,
Raki

Hi,
pelase check the MP data in LISTCUBE.
8124005894 is actual value in Multiprovider for a material.
But in query output it is showing as P2XM508# .
actual value is the KF its coming because fo the some orther char unassinged vlaues.
please check the row level object have any un assinged values have.
use the exclude function resctricting the # values.
Thanks,
Phani.

Hi Raki,
Probably in your query, you have some characteristic having a filter for some value where the other infoprovider which you are using the key figure does not have the same characteristic (or having # value). In such a situation you should use the key figure in a RKF where you select the nonexisting characteristics as constant selection.

Hi,
is this is new query or old one?
if its old query and worked well in the past then you can regenerate your auery thru RSRT.
if posible debug there itself.
Thanks

Check in query designer which field is added. Can you share your screen shot also.
