Intermittent issue with SAP BEx Broadcaster - "java System Error: While trying to get the length of an array loaded from local variable 'arr$'"

Hello Experts,

I am new to SAP BEx, so need your help to understand the functionality and also the intermittent error we are facing

We are facing an intermittent issue while sending the SAP BEx Broadcaster reports.

We use SAP EP

We receive following error "java System Error: While trying to get the length of an array loaded from local variable 'arr$'", we couldnt get anything error messages from the default trace of the server nodes in EP.

Below is the same error message i see in the BW system - Tx. code = rsrd_admin --> Log Display

Java system error: while trying to get the length of an array loadedfrom local variable 'arr$'

Message no. RSBOLAP018

Diagnosis

An error occurred in the BW components on the SAP J2EE Engine.

Any suggestion what should be checked and what could have gone wrong.

As i said, this issue is happening randomly (Intermittent)

Thanks,

Subbu

HI

Seems like problem in some configuration level with the JAVA Stack in the system,

You may need to take the help of BASIS team. They can easily verify  and ascertain this.
You may need to help them giving the dump screenshots and others what they require.

Thank You

Hey, thank you for your reply.

I am from BASIS team and as mentioned in my initial post - i am new to this BEx so would need help from other BASIS consultants to undestand the issue with our configuration.

Thanks,

Subbu
