one partner (BP) is missing in customer master display but appearing in change view

Hi Friend,

I got a situation where one partner (BP) is missing in customer master display but appearing in change view. Knvp is also missing.

and customer is having existing sales documents. There no change logs in customer master.

I request your views about this abnormal behaviour.
