Outbound BDOCs related to BUPA_MAIN are in O01 state

Hi ,

We have configured CRM MW to replicate CRM BP into ECC system after

the creation of BP at CRM end. We used BUPA_MAIN adapter object for

this replication.

The BP is flowing to ECC system correctly. But at CRM end the state of

particular BDOC message is showing as O01 ( sent t to receiver(not all

have confirmed) instead of F02 (Confirmed (fully processed).

No dumps are getting created in CRM system as well as ECC system during

this replication process, no entries got struck in Queues.

Does anyone have any tips on how to overcome this?

Hello Naresh,

Did you try checking if there are additional receivers for the Bdoc? You can highligh the BDoc and clickn on the Errors/Receivers button in SMW01 to know this.

You could also look at any queue related to this data being stuck in SMQ1/SMQ2 in either CRM or ECC
