Shared memory in HANA

Hi Team,

When i was checking alerting in HANA   I saw a tern called shared memory

- Check shared memory used size for category TOPOLOGY

- also  noticed that HOST_SERVICE_MEMORY  table have a column

  SHARED_MEMORY_ALLOCATED_SIZE (desc : Process shared memory allocated (row store only)

Are these same ?

Do we have any  docs about this memory , I haven't seen any documents explaining this topic .

Please help me to understand this topic ?
