Hello All,

When the object P (employee) leaves a manager position (with relation b012) in a org.unit, the manager-manager can´t see the employees left in the org.unit which now haven´t got at manager in the system.

When the relation B012 on the manager position is remove or bounded, then the manager-manager again can see the employees in the org.units below.

In my opinion that means the evaluation path for the manager position of which employees they can see in the portal must be changed, so it still uses that B012 relation to find the manager position but if it is not occupied then just show the position/employees below.

I am planning to add B012 for O-S-P evaluation path in OOAW transaction code.

If you wanted to give full authorization to Manger at organizational unit level  who is having B012 relationship with his position then you can use one function module to get the manager details and use evaluation path O-S-P and assign it to your authorization profile and the same assign to respective user ID.
