SID checkbox updation through ABAP program in RSA1 tcode for DSO

Hi,

I am not sure whether I am posting this in the right space,kindly excuse and help me out.

I need to make check the checkbox for a DSO in DSO->Settings->Extended table.

Kindly provide some inputs to achieve that through ABAP program.
