Changing PO quantity - error ODBC 1029

Why can't i change the quantity on the PO?

Please make sure user have authorization to change quantity.

Hi,

Found standard system behavior:

If your GRPO quantity matches with PO quantity , then above error message will appear.

Try this scenario in your TEST DB.

1. Create PO with quantity of 2 EA

2. Raise GRPO for 1 EA

3. Now you can increase quantity more than 2 and decrease less than 2. If you decrease the quantity 1, after that system will not allow to increase any more.

Hi

Either using 8.8 or 8.81 or 8.82, reopened the document of PO by using Good return will not allow to change the unit price
