How to change language of Travel Agency Email Notification?

Hi Everyone,

After doing the 'Customers' manual replication for the travel agency, I changed the language in the Business Partner Workcenter from blank to German. I was expecting that after doing this, the travel agency will receive email notification in German language but that is not the case. Email notifications are still sent in English.

Any suggestion on how to address this is highly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi Catherine, currently the language of the mail is derived from the log-on language of the user. Changes of settings as above will not impact the language of the mail.

    This can be treated as a sub-optimal behaviour. Please create an incidet in your tenant and request to forward this to Service Provider and it will taken care of in case you want to have a different system behaviour.
