Background Job variant issue.

Hi All,

We had a background job (for ABAP report) scheduled in our development system with variant.But now variants details are changed so we replaced the variants of the job with newly created variant.But a parameter defined in abap report with type rsvar-variant is still taking the previously defined variant.

SY-SLSET has new variant.

Any suggestion why it is happening.
