BI4.1 SP4 Upgrade Path

Hi

We are currently on BI 4.1 SP2 version and intend to move onto the BI4.1 SP4 Patch 2 upgrade.

Our installation path to BI4.1 SP2 is

BI 4.0 SP4 - - >  BI 4.0SP6 Update - -> BI4.0 SP6 Patch 3 update - -> BI4.1 SP2 Update [Screenshot attached]

What should be our upgrade path to BI 4.1 SP4 and how do we go about it.

Hi Samir,

It is pretty straight forward. Install SP04 on your current product version first and then install Patch 2 on top of it.

Please take CMS database and FileStore backups before upgrade.
