Inspection for Customer returns

Hello,

When ever we return customer stock, it creates 06 inspection type which is not stock relevant.

Can anyone give me step by step to use 05 or 01 or anyother inspection type where when I do return, stock will sit in QI with inspection lot which is stock relevant

Subbaraya,

Follow below steps.

1.Assign 05 Inspection type in material master.

2.Maintain a Inspection Plan with Usage 5.

3.Ensure for schedule line item category(VOV6 Configuration) which is triggering in your customer return order has 655 movement type assigned.

4.With above steps once you do PGR Inspection lot gets genereated with stock posting to Quality Inspection.
