Hidding some REX functions

A customer wants to hide some REX functions (like create sales orders, returns, history of orders and returns, commercial assets) and let just the needed functions by its representatives.  What are the detailed steps to get solved this request?

You can achieve this through Customizing, this option will remove the Orders/Returns and Trade Assets functionality in the app

in the part where it gets the ERP software system should be the CRM or ERP system, as REX synchronized with CRM and ERP not?

As I understand you would like to switch off ERP functionality such as Orders/Returns/Trade Assets in the REx app, so switching off the ERP System in customizing is the correct way.

REx works with both CRM and ERP systems but the CRM system is the leading system, so during sync the calls will be through CRM and then to ERP via RFC if needed.
