we can fix the Raw material consumed from particular s.location only

Is it possible we can fix the Raw Material consumption from particular Storage location only ,pl do the needful.

Hi Sabhapathy,

Do you want to adjust the inventory of a raw material at storage location level?

If yes, then you can use movement type 701 or 702 (inventory adjustment), 201 or 202 (movements against cost centers), 261 or 262 (movement agains a process or prod order). All these movement can be done directly in MB1A.

You can define a default storage location on the material master and system will propose this storage location for planned order dependent requirements and order reservations. However, customer can always change the storage location manually and post the consumption from another one.

Another alternative is to block the user authorization with the object M_MSEG_LGO.

Aprt from Caetano suggestion you can consider defining the required storage location in BOM item details or with screen variant you can control users from changing the location in order.
