Hi,

I'm working with SAP Productivity Pack and Ancile uPerfom 5.10 and I'm having an issue, while trying to publish a document, the document cannot be seen by the end user.

Checking the logs I found the following errors,

CollabConsole:

[16-Sep-2014 11:29:57 (TP-Processor3_8)]: Login failed for uPerformSystem

[16-Sep-2014 11:29:57 (TP-Processor3_8)]: Login failed for uPerformSystem

ServerErrors:

<RoutineNamespace>ANCILE.uPerform.CMS.Vignette.GetDocumentStatus</RoutineNamespace>

<FriendlyMessage>An error occurred while retrieving document status.</FriendlyMessage>

<Message>The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.</Message>

<StackTrace>at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() at ANCILE.uPerform.BusinessObjects.WebClientWrapper.DownloadDataNoRedirect(Uri address) at ANCILE.uPerform.CMS.Vignette.GetBytesFromServer(Uri uri, CredentialSet CredentialsToUse, Dictionary`2 postData) at ANCILE.uPerform.CMS.Vignette.GetBytesFromServer(Uri uri, CredentialSet CredentialsToUse, String postData) at ANCILE.uPerform.CMS.Vignette.GetStringFromServer(String uri, CredentialSet CredentialsToUse, String postData) at ANCILE.uPerform.CMS.Vignette.GetDocumentStatus(String DocumentGUID, String& AdditionalInformation, CredentialSet CredentialsToUse)</StackTrace>

Any Ideas on what user/authorization is missing here?.... I checked db user rights and permissions on the Collaboration file system and the error persist.

Regards,  Juan

I found SAP Note   2000450 - Error message in Collabconsole.txt file "Login failed for uPerformSystem"

Created the uPerformSystem user and updated the integration credentials and it works just fine.
