Interaction center configration

Dear Expert,

Hi, I am new in SAP interaction center, I want confige the email, chat, instant masseger, telephone in IC.

please help me.

    Hi Sudhir,

    Did you go through the configurations in SPRO->CRM->Interaction Center->Basic Functions->Communication Channels.

    The documentation available for every configuration will make you understand how to setup the Interaction Center.
