Organizational Model Transfer from R/3 to CRM

Hi ,

We had the organizational model in R/3 .When we implemented CRM we transported all the Organizatioanl Model from R/3 to CRM.

Newly joined employees are entered in R/3 system.

The problem we are having is the new employee records are not getting transported from R/3 to CRM.

Is there any way that we can set up autmatically so that newly created employee records get automatically transferred from R/3 to CRM.

or can you guys suggest me any manual way of transferring the new employee records from R/3 to CRM (any delta load)
