Linking CR/CD to Solar02

Hi Experts,

I am trying to integrate Request for change with Solar02 in "Service Message Tab. But when i trying it is not giving ZMCR (Customized SMCR ) in the Dropdown. What is the way of adding the ZMCR in Dropdown of Service Message " type Field .
