Hello,
Have you tried doing a SU53 remote check for the RFC user? (SU53 --> Authorization Values --> Other User)
I am sure you will be able to see the authorization issue, and add the authorizations to the affected user.

Goto Manages system configuration and check RFC creation tab.
Check user and RFC exists, user has authorization and is created in correct client.

The error is is basically an authorisation issue. You need to check the user maintained in RFC mentioned above and add the necessary roles.
