Per Diem calculation for multiple durations for Sweden

Hi,

There is a requirement where multiple times for single day travel have to be configured for Sweden.

Example :- If a person travels on a particular day and returns before 3:00 pm, then the per diem in 110 sek.

Now if the person returns after 3 pm on the same day then the per diem should be 220 sek.

How should this be configured?
