blank web page

Dear experts,

we are installing BPC MS 10 SP13

the admin and excell work fine, but we cannot access the web page. The URL http:// server/sap/bpc/web completes with 'EnvironmentShell', but returns a blank page. This is regardless of the client machine. Also, changing the model to the restored model (dev --> prd) gives a blank web page.

What is the reason for this? What are we missing?
