Material Group assignment to Chapter Ids

Hi,

I would like to know the configuration, where Material groups can be assigned to Chapter Ids.

In our scenario, there is no material master and we just enter short text in the PO and give an account assignment and material group.

Is it possible to assign Material group to Chapter ID ?
