Hi all,
We are implementing Org Chart / Org Audit and Org modeler modules.
In this regard, we want to know, what are the possible developments / enhancements those are required to be part of this implementation
Kindly provide your inputs
Thanks
LG
For OrgChart the most common changes are on the range of data shown - so it can be adding/removing fields re-formatting fields, and re-labelling fields. Sometimes you might get requests for new hierarchies also.
For OrgAudit, more commonly the work is around the logic in the rules - amending rule logic/filters, or adding new rules.
OrgModeler I have less experience on but expect conversations about what data is shown in the structure when modelling and what data can be written back to SAP.

Thanks Stephen,
- For OrgModeler, yes, i read in the solution document, there is required ALE set-up.
Can you please further help from your experience:
- Are there any Org Audit reports delivered in standard solution? or we need to desing the rules from the scratch?
- For vanilla implementation how many months it would take to implement the above said modules? 4 months should be fairly okay?
Talent Management modules are not in scope. Only Org Chart / Org Audit and Org Modeler.
Thanks
LG
For OrgAudit there are 48 rule templates available "out of the box" ... you need to select which ones to use and enable them.
I wrote a series of blogs on OrgAudit that should help you - starts here:
For SOVN modules I ball park 16-24 days for OrgChart, 25-35 days for each of OrgAudit / OrgModeler and I'd allow a period over 3 months for the project. It can be done quicker (days and elapsed time) but in my experience, it takes a period of time to coordinate the activities. They also tend to highlight Org Mgmt tasks and data issues that need addressing before the HR teams feel comfortable with releasing to the wider employee community.
