Automatic Control-In progress

Hi gurus,

I have created a query and I have created a datas source based on it and a business accordingly. I have linked the business rule with the control and plan the testing control effectiveness.

My problem is that the control does not arrive to the control owner. It stays "In process" in the Job Monitor and stays there forever.

Could you please specify the permission that must have the RFC User of the ECC system to be able to execute this?

Thanks,

Regards,

Hi John,

It seems to be the authotization issues.

Authorizations would depend on the query you wish to execute.

Thanks for your response Ameet....I mean, if the query is based on tables....with the S_TABU_DIS object would be enough...isn´t it?

Absolutely John.

S_TABU_DIS and S_TABU_NAM should work.

Hope you have been able to fix up the authorization issues as per your queries.

Ans what about reports?

What if I am trying to test a semi automatic control and it is based on a customized report? Sometimes the report requires a extra object such as "F_BKPF_BUK", F_FAGL_LDR....how to know which is the object to use?

Hi Smith,

Have a trace active in ECC and GRC..and execute the scenario..you will able to know required authorisation.

Hi Naveen,

Thanks for your quick response. I have traced, and it seems I need some specific "Financial" objects (such as F_BKPF_BUK, F_FAGL_LDR....) in the RFC role in the ECC side. Is it possible to know for every query, how many objects do I need?

Thanks,

Kind regards,
