Hi All,

What r the major changes happened in inventory mgt in sap bw 7.4 powered hana.

I have read some where marker update is no more required. So how is opening stock is defined.

Hi,

Now everything is controlled via DTP's

You need to have the following DTP's to manage inventory data:

--> First, the DTP which loads the initial data set. This is indicated via DTP extraction mode

--> You need a second DTP for regular movements.

In case you want to load historic data you have to switch on the flag in this particular DTP in the Productive system.
