Report for IT8, 45 & 589 to cross check data before payroll process

Dear Experts,

Is there anay standard report avaliable for analyse Infotype 8, Infotype 45 and Infotype 589,

Wage type report (PC00_M99_CWTR) can get only after payroll run but now user wants to cross check data of IT8,45 & I589 before process payroll,

So kindly suggest, is there any standard reports avaliabile for analyse IT8, IT45 & IT589  if not then I use Ad - queary.

Kindly provide the information.

Wage type reporter gives you Earned payments , all other reports will give you actual payments

Ex : Basic is 1000 (Actual) if he has lop 500 Rs which is Earned payments this will be from RT

As per your requirement if you are asking looked at for actual payments of 8 , 45 ,589 i would suggest to go for a custom report

Ad-Query will not fetch (Amounts  of wage types that are indirectly valuated ex : HRA) kindly Cross check

and from IT0045 Loan balance will get updated after payroll  live run , before that you will be having previous month loan balance , kindly corss check

Use FMs

HR_INFOTYPE_GET  to get data from IT0008 0045 0589 for direct amounts

RP_FILL_WAGE_TYPE_TABLE for indirect amounts from IT0008 if you have any (i assume your working in Indian payroll)
