Hi ,
please check your ecc job log.
it may have issue description in detailed.
Go to your info pack monitor,menu Environment-->job overview--> job in the source system--> enter ecc user id and pass word, you will get your ecc job, select job and click on log details.
see there and share here if possible.
is it full load?
When click on red data packet, below status bar you may see error messages, please check it.

have you changed the status form red to green under technical settings
please check the job in source system in SM37.
check the job details - 1. schedule 2. release 3.ready 4.active 5.complete 6.cancel.
if cancel delete the red request then load it again using the some selections.

please check expand processing options and check for failed data package. there must be detailed error message for the particular failed datapackages. Please share if u see any message.

Please drillldown on processing option and check the errors.
You can also take the request id from header tab and check the job in sm37 in source system to get some idea.
