Fiori Factsheet Apps throw errors for parameter missing

HI Experts,

We are trying to implement Fiori Factsheet Apps and have followed all the necessary guidelines for its implementation from the App Implementation Guidelines for each app in help.sap.com.

All the required OData services are activated, connectors are created, SAP Fiori Search is configured and roles assigned. However, we we click on the Materila app(for example) from the Fiori Launchpad, and trace it, it is throwing below errors.

  1. 2014-09-12 12:53:57 /sap/opu/odata/sap/CB_MATERIAL_SRV/Materials(Material='{Material}') - core-min-0.js:85
  2. 2014-09-12 12:53:57 - is a missing key parameter for constructing the entity url core-min-0.js:85
  3. 2014-09-12 12:53:58 Could not start the app due to an internal error -

Please suggest what could be the cause of this error. Also please let us know, if Web dispatcher set up is a mandate here.
