Hello all,
We are currently setting up SOLMAN to pass the PCOE / VARS certification. Going through the checklist of necessary items, we have stumbled upon the KPI items, such as reaction time and response time.
We are going to use BW to display these KPIs, and are wondering if anyone can help us to understand which of the BW pre-defined reports (if any) can help us. Do we need to start the entire business content, or only a specific part is enough (if so, which)? Right now we see a lot of Infocubes and Multiproviders which can give us a lot of reports, which might be helpful in the future, but for the moment we need a bit more focus on the certification.
The SOLMAN version we are using is 7.1 and the BW is in the same client.

we had the same issue here. But during certification process for the auditor it was absolutly ok to see that the mentioned KPIs from the pcoe checklist can be monitored/tracked. In our case we just use:
- selections in ITSM with IRT/MPT status which result a list of tickets with exceeded IRT/MPT status
- graphical display (diagram) in ITSM for these selections
- ITSM BI reporting (in standard usage, no additional reports)
