Shifting of portal to a new machine

Hi,

I have to shift EP 6.0 SP 9 to a new machine.

<b>1.</b>I have gone through system copy of was 6.4 java

but when I tried as mentioned in the document

"Homogeneous and Heterogeneous System Copy

for SAP Systems Based on

SAP Web Application Server Java 6.40 SR 1"

I could not find the option of "Migration" under Central Instance when we are running the "SAPINST" in "SAP Installation Master DVD" of SAP Netweaver 04 Support Release 1.

<b>2.</b>Can I not shift the system by a backup &

restore.

I appreciate if anybody can share thier experience in shifting the EP from one machine to another.
