Hi Suresh,

Check in CO09 how the stock is confirmed for those materials in the missing parts. Here you will see the detail.

It could happen that an order with a date in the future is being confirmed earlier. If you see this behaviour, then you will need to reset the ATP and regenerate it. This can be done massivelly using COHV or COHVPI.

Kind Regards,

Mariano

Suresh,

As you said you can see cumulative ATP as 0 in CO09 it means available stock is been confirmed with other reservations and requirements.

You need to release the stock from already confirmed order to process your current order if it is urgent.

Hi Suresh,

Please share with us the MRP3 view of the material master and a screen shot with MD04.

Also share OPJJ for PP and the availability check set for your material in MRP3 view of the MM.

Thanks and Regards,

Mariano

Hi Suresh,

To be able to help, can you please share:

  1. the screenshots of CO09 of one of the components that the system says that its a missing part and you see available stock.
  2. MRP3 view of that component
  3. your OPJJ settings
  4. MD04 for your component

Hi,

Please check the details error log as per the screen shot for release.

You will get idea. Generally if stock is there availability will not fail.

It is also important what type of stock you have now. Please check OPJJ and see whether that type of stock is allowed in scope of check.

Hi Krishnendu,

In Prod.order log , the sum of the confirmed quantity exceeds the sum of stock items. due to this the release rejected.

Thanks,

Suresh.
