IWPGW : Component Upgrade from SP05 to 06

Hello,

We are trying to upgrade IWPGW component from SP05 to SP06.

Below is the config for our gateway system :

SAP_GWFND : SP07

IW_PGW : SP05

Issue is when I download the component from market place. I read the information page, where it says that SAP_GWFND should be at SP08.

I worry but SAP_GWFND SP08 is not yet released. It says True. Is this printing mistake ?

Whereas in one of the SAP note it says that if your SAP GWFND is at SP07, for approval apps IWPGW should be at SP06. Read note : 2027160

: Could you please help here ?

Hi Tejas,

I think you can go with IW_PGW SP06 and SAP_GWFND SP07.

Do you get any installation error?

Hi Masa,

SAP_GWFND - SP08 is released today. Just saw the software download in SMP. Till day before yest it was not available.

Hello Tejas,

We are also facing the same issue !

SAP GWFND SP07   and IW_PGW>sp06 verified using the SAP NOTE : 2027160 , we match the prerequsites , but still we are encountering the issue while applying IW_PGW.

should we also move to SAP GWFND SP08?

Please find the errrors faced during installation:

IW_PGW – When trying to apply this component, we got the below message.

Hi Usha,

Do you have SAP_GWFND component ? if yes then you don't require IW BEP. You have to go with prerequisite set 02.

and you should have sap_gwfnd at sp level 07 then you can upgrade to 08 to get IWPGW to 06.

Yes we are using SAP GWFND SP07 now  . So does the IW_PGW SP06 component require SAP_GWFND SP08 ?

Our issue got solved with SAP_GWFND Sp07 and IW_PGW main package and SP 1-6 and saint took it.
