Value of TSAP** during payroll

Former Member

Hi expert,

During the execution of Payroll, I print the content of PARTA to check the values of TSAP**.  In a particular month, 7.5 days of annual leave have been taken.  TSAP** is to record the paid absence in hours.  The content of TSAP** is zero.  Any idea why?

Thanks

Ivan

Please find below details and check the table V_T554C whether it is maintained or not.?

If not maintain it will update table PARTA  as paid absence.

1)Can you check table V_554S_Q and check what rule has been has been assigned to your absence type.

2)Go to table T556C and check your counting rule Week day, Holiday class, day types, DWS class

and assigned Deduction rule.

3)Go to table V_556R_B and check which Quota has been assigned to deduction rule.

If everything is proper cross check your Attendaence days Holiday class, Day type, DWS class with the help of work schedule rule 0007 then compare with counting rule Holiday class, Day type, DWS class

so that you can find out why it is not deducting.

Check absence valuation rules whether it is defined as paid absence or unpaid absence in table V_T554L, V_T554C.?

Hi Baig,

I attached the WSR in infotype for reference. This screen would not reflect the Annual leave I have taken.
